ALBIS IMPEX AG has its head office in Meilen/Zurich and has been a leading partner of the plastics processing industry for over 40 years. ALBIS engages 12 employees for customer support and supervision of the Swiss market and constitutes the largest distributor of products from BASF, BMS, LyondellBasell, Lanxess, Ineos, Alphagary, Solvay and Ampacet - as well as its own technically sophisticated products. We currently service Italy, a country we plan to integrate more fully in the future, with Trading and ALBIS-made technical plastics such as ALCOM, ALTECH, TEDUR, cellídor, ALFATER, Ultramid S, Masterbatch as well as production additives.
ALBIS IMPEX AG is a subsidiary of ALBIS PLASTIC GmbH, an international company with its head office in Hamburg and several sales offices in Germany, subsidiaries in Europe, oversees and, increasingly, in the far east.
ALBIS incorporates the entire range of thermoplastics, a broad distribution programme which includes internationally renowned manufacturers as well as its own, highly specialised product portfolio. ALBIS enjoys the confidence of leading manufacturers from the plastics industry - to not only distribute their products, but, in cases, to also produce them in ALBIS manufacturing plants.
