    Your responsibilities:

    Main tasks

    • External stakeholder management - Develop and cultivate international customer relations
    • Internal stakeholder management - Coordinate and prioritize internal resources as well as appropriate sales channels and the communication with all relevant departments within our company
    • Prepare and regular update of an account plan for each allocated Key Account
    • Identify global customer needs and translate them into applicable sales and service offerings, aligned with the ALBIS product portfolio
    • Formulate, implement and follow-up of tailor-made strategies per key account for customer growth

    Other tasks

    • Conduct cross-regional negotiations of international prices, delivery and payment conditions
    • Negotiate and conclude strategic frame contracts, such as delivery contracts, QM agreements, consignment stock, etc.
    • Ensure overall accountability for customer profitability , based on orchestration and alignment with the diverse responsible internal stakeholders

    Your profile:

    Experience and know-how

    • Commercial apprenticeship or technical training; university degree advantageous but not mandatory
    • Several years of successful field service in sales, ideally in an international environment
    • Ideally, experience with customer contact at key accounts and regarding selling based on value-adding offer differentiation
    • Knowledge about thermoplastics and its applications advantageous
    • Willingness to travel internationally as required
    • Fluent in business English and the German language, additional languages are an advantage but not essential
    • IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP, MS Dynamics)
    • Work location can be (a mix of) home office or in one of our European offices - it’s your decision
