Alphagary
Alphagary operates manufacturing facilities in the United Kingdom and the United States and is one of the few manufacturers dedicated to the design and development of flame-retardant PVC, Low Smoke Halogen Free (LSOH), TPE materials, olefin compounds, injection molding and extrusion compounds. In addition, the company produces a range of color concentrates. With these compounds we are able to cover a wide range of applications. In addition, Alphagary offers flexible customizing options to achieve the desired level of properties for an application.
The successful collaboration with ALBIS began in 1986 with the distribution of EVOPRENE® (TPE-S) products; at that time, Alphagary still operated under the name of Evode Plastics.

Products
EVOPRENE®
EVOPRENE® is a range of thermoplastic elastomer compounds based on styrene block copolymers such as SBS and SEBS, a so-called TPE-S product. These compounds have rubber-like properties, yet flow like thermoplastics when exposed to heat and pressure.
TPE-S based products are characterized by low compression set and good resistance to various media. Special types with adhesion properties to various thermoplastics complement the portfolio.
