  • LyondellBasell

LyondellBasell is one of the world's largest plastics, chemical and refinery companies and the largest producer of polypropylene and polypropylene compounds. In addition, the company is a leading producer of propylene oxide, polyethylene, ethylene and propylene, a leading global producer of polyolefins and a manufacturer of refined products including biofuels. LyondellBasell promotes social responsibility and supports over 990 charities and local community projects.

With LyondellBasell, we can look back over many years to a business relationship that is characterized by success, trust and continuous shared growth. In the summer of 2017 we celebrated our 50th anniversary.

ALBIS has been a pan-European distributor of LyondellBasell's standard polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) since 2000. In addition, we represent LyondellBasell with the PP Compounds Hostacom™ in Eastern Europe. In 2013, the portfolio was extended with Catalloy specialties. The license agreement for Purell™ PE and PP for colored settings marked another milestone. Following the extension of the distribution contract until 2022, we look forward to continuing this success story.
